Building spaces around food and drink is in my DNA.
My parents opened Baked&Wired when I was 9yrs old, so I grew up running around the bakery. There, I learned to work every job from mopping the floors, to making espresso, to rolling out pie dough, to then leading a team of over 100 people as Operations Director. I then went on to pen and co-own A Baked Joint in 2015 and la Betty in 2019. In 2024, I re-opened la Betty as an entirely new concept - a natural wine bar and vinyl listening room featuring worldly small plates.
